Complete hull re-gel
As an alternative to painting the hull surface, we can clean and abrade the gelcoat surface of the hull between waterline and gunwhale edge. Liquid gelcoat is then applied in several coats to build up sufficient film thickness. This surface, when cured, can then be sanded and cut back before being polished up to a brilliant new finish.
This process will give a new lease of life to a tired GRP hull, maintaining original materials. Best results are achieved when white (or white variant) is used over a white or off-white original hull colour.
